We do pick up inside the ship port and return you there at the end of the excursion.For hotels we do pick up in the main lobby of the resort and return you there at the end of the excursion as well? For airport transfer we pick up at the arrivals area outside of the airport terminal.

Cancellation less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, 50% refund.

Cancellation of 48 hours or more, full refund.

No refund on notice less than 24 hours notice.

We accept all major credit cards online as well as paypal. Cash is also accepted but requires a deposit to secure your date.

You can book your tour directly through the website. If you just want to pay a deposit and the balance on the day of the tour you can email us at (jamaicaterrifictraveltours@gmail.com) or call/text/whatsapp (876)455-3120 or call 1(876)538-5245. The balance will be due on the day of the excursion once you have met your driver upon pick up. You can also make a deposit of $20 to our Paypal accout useing the email address mention above just to secure your reservation which is NON-REFUNDEBLE  if cancelled.

Drive time varies for each location. Send us an email to (jamaicaterrifictraveltours@gmail.com) once you have an idea of what you want to do and we will tell you the drive time.

A good tip is whatever you can afford to give. Tipping is not mandatory but if you had a great day you can show your appreciation.

Tour duration is listed under each tour description. Most tours have a duration of 6 hours but could be less.

Tours include entrance fees to the attraction with round trip transfer in a private vehicle.
